@lucasgcnogueira you can only get this in the document format from the Advanced Filing Search app on Eikon (ADVEV).
With python you can access some of the data. To figure out what's there you can either contact the Refinitiv support desk and ask for help in modeling it in Excel, or have a look at the pre-built ownership templates (Eikon Excel > Thomson Reuters > Templates > Ownership).
