Been seeing this error all weekend when our app POSTs to https://api.edp.thomsonreuters.com:443/auth/oauth2/beta1/token:

The client have submit the case 07574258 for ERT in Cloud. The case is closed with the following resolution:
The issue was resolved by rollback the Token-Based API.
Dev team will provide the hot fix package release to handle an error exception if the user input the wrong information.
The client has confirmed the issue has been resolved.

Note: there is no token retrieval issue if the user credentials are valid.

we see access_denied errors multiple times throughout the day. Fortunately it hasn't happened yet during NY Equity Market Hours. But given the frequency I'm sure it will.
