Publishing invalid/ unknown Double values

Do your broker feeds still publish values even if they are invalid / unknown or do the broker feeds only publish valid values ?

So for example as an RFA consumer, is it safe to say that we will always receive valid DOUBLE values for field entries such as field "PRIMACT_1" on the MarketPrice update response message ?

So the broker feeds do not use zero double value or Double.MIN_VALUE to indicate that a value is unknown / unavailable ?

Hello @delroy.hughes

Please be informed that the Elektron and TREP APIs just receive incoming data from TREP/Elektron and pass it to the application "as is". You can enable the RFA RSSL trace file to check incoming data that the API receives from the Elektron.

Please note that the TREP and Elektron platform cannot verify the "content accuracy" of data . It can verify only that the data is in a correct format/data type based on data dictionary.
