Where i can find the last rfa.jar for java8 please

You can find latest version of RFA - Java Edition - 8.1.3.L1 under the Downloads section.
It has JVM support for;
- Java SE 7 (JDK1.7)
- Java SE 8 (JDK1.8)
- Java SE 11 (JDK1.11.0.6)
- OpenJDK 11
The rfa.jar will be in the Libs subfolder once you unpack the downloaded file.

You can download the latest version of API from the developers portal @ https://developers.refinitiv.com/thomson-reuters-enterprise-platform/robust-foundation-api-rfa-0.
Please note that RFA is feature complete and no enhancements are being done to the API now. For any new projects, you should consider Elektron API's.
