Rateinfo is related to TimeConflated value from the Rate parameter. The RateInfo is the the interval of time (usually in milliseconds) over which data are conflated. If the service provide the Rate as TimeConflated, it is a lower quality than TickByTick and at times even lower than JitConflated.

TimeInfo is a value that related to Timeliness. The Timeliness is delayed and the amount of delay is provided in TimeInfo.
