Hi Francisco,

Sorry to reply late !

Two dependencies were identified as root cause of connection failed:

  • httpx 0.15.x or 0.16.x => need to downgrade to 0.14.3 (pip install httpx==0.14.3)
  • nest-asyncio 1.4.x => need to downgrade to 1.3.3 (pip install nest-asyncio==1.3.3)

This should fix your issue.

could you confirm that Eikon Desktop is running on your machine and http://localhost:9000/api/status can be opened ?

both eikon desktop is running on my PC and https://localhost....etc can be opened
