Got the following exception when i try
import DatastreamDSWS as dsws
The error is
get_data : Exception Occured

Got the following update:
Even after reset unable to access above DSWS API. It seems we have some issue using Eikon login and password to access DSWS API (have another user reported same issue yesterday and issue with developers). So we haven’t able to see why we have that issue.
I've used the Datastream ChildID credentials as suggested and all is working. Excellent response and investigative work by the service team/specialists.
