RFA C++ 770L1 (Rebranding) vs GLIBC

HI,

linking the new RFA C++ 770L1, I was able to build my 32bit application on a RHEL6 machine equipped with GLIBC 2.17. The previous version of the application was buildable against RFA C++ 761L1 on a RHEL6 machine equipped with GLIBC 2.5.

From the release notes of RFA C++ 770L1, I see that in this case, the requirement is
Red Hat Enterprise Linux Advanced Server 6.0 Update 5 32-bit with RFA Lib GCC 4.4.4.

However, it is not clear to me what is the exact minimum version of the GLIBC required, can you please assist me?

Thanks

Best Regards,

Paolo

@Paolo Parlapiano

From my finding, the versions of GLIBC relate to the versions and updates of RHEL, as shown on this page. RFA C++ 7.x supports RHEL 5.x and RHEL 6.x. Therefore, it should support GLIBC that equips with RHEL 5.x and RHEL 6.x.

However, you can directly contact Premium Support to confirm it with the development team.
