Hi, i have a delayed access to Russel 3000 index constituents (Do not have permission to get with "TR.IndexConstituentRIC") , so i get the data in excel with this formula -> =TR("0#.RUA","", "SKIP:1-1")
How can i get this with python?

This seems to be a permission issue, could you please try to print an error returned from get_data function using the code below to confirm this assumption?
df, err = ek.get_data(["0#.RUA"],['DSPLY_NAME']) print(err)
In case an error returned mentioned that you don't have permission, you can contact Refinitiv Content Helpdesk, which can be reached using any method below
I can use the following code to retrieve Russel 3000 index constituents.
df, err = ek.get_data(["0#.RUA"],['DSPLY_NAME']) df
The output is:
