Is it recommended for the EMA Java application to load the data dict from ADS or locally?

It is recommended to load the data dictionary from ADS to get the updated dictionary. This will help to avoid a decoding data problem due to out-of-date dictionary. By default, EMA downloads dictionary from ADS.
