Data access denied.

Hi,

I'm using delayed subscription right now and I can't access to these Data (RIC : XAUFIXAM=, XAUFIXPM=) from Jan 19, 2024.

In Eikon, seems like below:

Please kindly let me know why this happened and what i am supposed to do to get these data?
