Primary Trading RIC retrieval in SIMCORP GAIN

Hi Team,

one of my clients is using Simcorp GAIN solution to collect content from Datascope Select. However, he has an issue with data retrieval when ISINs. Apparently, for ISINs with multiple RICs, he receives all RICs in his extract. He would like to receive only one RIC, just as if he would be running an extract with the use of standard DSS.

Simcorp GAIN is based on REST API. When I extract data through DSS REST API program like Postman, whenever I query for an ISIN, I receive Primary Trading RIC only. I would like to have the same in Simcorp GAIN.


Are you able to advise how this can be done?

From the question, the extraction works fine when directly using the DSS REST API via Postman.

Therefore, the client should contact the Simcorp GAIN team to verify the request message used by the Simcorp GAIN solution.
