Can log into Refinitiv API, but no rights to data

Hi all. I can get a valid token when connecting to the API with the sample python RDP app, however I get the error below when trying to pull back any data, either the sample RIC (IBM) or RICs I know my company has access to. Using an EDP API key. Should I check with my Refinitiv rep? Thanks.

Hi @cockcron

Yes, I would contact your Refinitiv rep and explain that your specific ID does not have a license to retrieve historical price summaries.
