Some of our customers are planning to move their own developed application from on-premises to public cloud, such as AWS, Azure and GCP. Is RTSDK (EMA/ETA/Websocket API for all supported OS) officially supported for use on public clouds?

The API Compatibility Matrix shows which versions of RTSDKs and LSEG Real-Time Distribution Systems are supported with which infrastructure and OS compiler versions, what functionality each API supports, etc.
You can contact the API support team via Contact Premium Support to confirm this.
Thank you for reaching out to us.
The RTSDK should be run on the supported platforms. Please refer to the API Compatibility Matrix.
@Jirapongse
Thank you very much for your prompt response.
Does it mean that it should be fully supported on any cloud as long as the OS is listed in the
API Compatibility Matrix ? Is my understanding correct?
Correct. We will support the RTSDK applications if the applications are built with the supported compilers and run on the supported operating systems.
Thank you very much for your prompt response. I understood it.
By the way, there is no instruction about "Amazon Linux 2" in the API Compatibility Matrix.
Does "Amazon Linux 2" is officially supported? And if so, why doesn't it mention in the API Compatibility Matrix?
Permission Problem You need the session.valid permission to do that.
