Authorization token validation issue

We were downloading MBO files TRTH server, but our
download got stopped as the validity of the token got over. It was only 9 hours
before the validity got over. Below is the validation token. We have started downloading by 11:50 AM IST and start getting HTTP 401 error from 8:40 PM IST onwards.

This information has already been sent directly to the client via email. Below is the updated information.

DSS support has verified this issue and confirmed that the client's token is valid for 24 hours after it has been generated. The HTTP 401 error has been provided for a request message sent after 24 hours. Timestamp of request message has been provided.

This issue has not occurred since then.

@Ayan, I'm not sure I understand. Are you saying the token expired 9 hours after being generated ?

Normally a token is valid 24 hours after being generated. If you have long downloads to do, I'd recommend you request a new token immediately before each download.

Yeah, it expires within 9 hours after being generated.
