How soon is data from "DSS Time & Sales On Demand data" available for the current day's trade?

Do you mean the TickHistory Time and Sales report extraction of TRTH? The TRTH data normally is available 2 hours after market closed. Please see the "Data Release Times" sheet in the Tick History Coverage Guide.
