    Does the Workspace desktop application run on the same machine as an application? Please be informed that the desktop libraries need the Workspace desktop application runs on the same machine as a proxy between the API and the Workspace platform.

    The "[WinError 10061] No connection could be made because the target machine actively refused it" indicates that the API cannot connect to proxy (Workspace desktop application).
