I can't find the symbol or identifier required to extract the data using the get_data function

I am currently using the Refinitiv API on python to extract energy commodities fundamental data but I am facing some difficulties.

In particular I can't find the symbol or identifier required to extract the data using the get_data function or any other method provided by the documentation. I would like to know how to access this type of data through the API, especially the correct syntax or symbol to refer for power and gas fundamentals (ex: demand, production or flows of European gas). Thanks

    Yes, to use the get_data method, you need to know identifiers, fields, and parameters.

    Typically, you can use the RIC search tool to search for identifiers. Otherwise, you can also use the Search functionality in the API (Building Search into your Application Workflow). The capabilities of the search API is to the Advances Search app in the LSEG Workspace.

    However, you can contact the content support team directly via MyAccount. The support team can provide you with the required identifiers.
