EIKON Proxy API Installation is not working

Hi,

I tried to install the proxy API but
unfortunately the installation itself seems to be not working properly. The
install program never came to an end and after aborting I found a not working
installation under the following path:

"C:\Users\XXXXX\AppData\Local\Eikon
API Proxy\EikonAPIProxy.exe"

Using the uninstall program I have the
same effect, the setup is not finishing.

I can start the API Proxy and I see the
login screen (my credentials seem to be accepted), but nothing else (s.attached logfile )

Is there any other prerequisite for
installing the API (EIKON is installed on this machine V4.0.39)?

    Thanks for reporting this issue. We have found the root cause of the issue and
    are working on a solution. We will release a fix version of the proxy
    asap and post a notification here once done.
