    This should be similar to this question. The <ADSSH0> is historical RIC (valid between "2008-09-02" and "2010-03-28"). To append the historical RIC to an instrument list, user needs to select the "Allow Import of Historical Instruments" check box in the Preferences page of the DataScope Select GUI.
