    _MSP FIDs are integer fields. Every RFA versions support these FIDs.

    _MSP FIDs hold the microseconds offset since the venue defined time (usually midnight).

    The FIDs that require RFA 8.x.x. are nanosecond FIDs _NS, which use the updated TIME fields.
