DSS REST API on demand extraction 404 error

Every time I send an on demand extraction request, I get a 404 response. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.

    404: Not Found indicates that the resource specified by the request URL does not exist. The response body will typically include the entity type and id that could not be found.
