Server side error in Excel for VWAP function on Nasdaq

Hello,

In Excel with Eikon, we try to get the vwap for a list of RIC on the Nasdaq and we get all the time "server side error".

Here is the function used:

=TR(A8:A77;"TR.VWAPALL";"StartTime=#1 EndTime=#2 TZ=#3 CH=Fd RH=IN";L7;"2019-01-02T17.01.00";"2019-01-02T22.00.00";"PAR")

We don't think to have change anything. Any idea on where to investigate or better on how to fix it?

That case should be opened with the local Refinitiv helpdesk and they will be able to assist you further.

The formula that you have posted above has references to other cells and that would be also required to investigate.

the reference is just a list of RICs on Nasdaq

For example:

ADBE.O

AAPL.O

AMZN.O

Thanks, but when the helpdesk is not helpful and we have this issue reported to them for weeks now, the only solution is...
