EIKON Exchnage Rate data using C#

Current Scenario : Using DataApiUsageExampleRealtimeData C# I am able to get real time Exchange Rate however I am not getting anyway to capture Timestamp of exchange Rate.

Requirement: As per current scenario I need to fetch data at exactly 5:30 IST(Indian Standard Time) .

Can you help me to get real time data with Time stamp using C# coding .
