Excel workbook save issue while COM API application is running

in Eikon COM
We use EIKON excel add-in in Excel workbooks and also run a COM API .Net application. While this application (with an instance of AdxRtList) is running Excel workbooks for some reason cannot be saved. Is this a normal behaviour? What could be the cause of it?

Maybe because you want to save an Excel workbook that is shared.
