Using Datascope REST API , what template and fields should we use to get the Exchange provided rates daily at the closest possible time to the Exchange's publish time? (e.g. receive LIBOR rates equal to ICE publish rate no later than 12.15pm GMT)

Hi @adrian.moylan,

It sounds like end of day data for LIBOR rate. You may try the EndOfDayPricing report template. The available fields are defined in the Data Content guide.
