/Extractions/ExtractWithNotes answer time

hi

I would like to do a online request on securities datas with the API /Extractions/ExtractWithNotes

It works but the delay for one security is about 4 seconds, it is very long for a user interface.

How can we do faster, any other method to get datas

    Hello @olivier.dauba The DSS/Tick history API are not intended for real time UI oriented applications. The time taken by the query will depend upon lot of factors, including amount of data that has to be fetched. For example, TimeseriesExtractionRequest with Extractions/ExtractWithNotes, the result can be huge and could take upto a few hours to complete.

    If your application requires pseudo-realtime data, you might to look into other products like Elektron streaming services, or Refinitiv Data Platform.
