Just downloaded, the link is valid. However, I think this is what might have been the issue, please note, that it takes a while after the click on the Download link, as the zip is large (over 1G) and if the connection is slower, it should take even longer. Shared installation is smaller and therefore, downloads quicker. Also, please look out if a form comes up, then you need to fill out the form prior to being able to download.
Please let us know, if you click on Download link and then wait a while, if you still are unable to download the latest static build.

Hi,
When I go to the Download Centre on my.refinitiv.com, I do not see the "MDS -API" download option.
I tried again to download from the page
https://developers.refinitiv.com/thomson-reuters-enterprise-platform/robust-foundation-api-rfa/downloads
Looking at the page the size and type information for the "RFA - C++ Edition - 8.1.3.L1 - Windows Static" file are missing unlike other static release downloads. Clicking on the download link on the right tries to open the link:

But this fails and the home page https://developers.refinitiv.com is displayed.I can down the Linux and Windows Shared builds.
