Couldn't accept TERMS & CONDITIONS

I try to create a new app key, but I couldn't see the Accept button on the TERMS & CONDITIONS page.

I hope someone could give me some solutions.

Sorry for the late reply. I didn't see the answer. I tried with a bigger screen and It worked.
