Missing Data for brent crude ticker

The OHLC data is missing for the LCOc1-LCOc3 jumbo spread. Although the volume values seem to be accurate but the OHLC data is not there. The data for December 2017 and July 2018 is missing. Please find the attached screenshot for reference.

    Content issues are best reported to Refinitiv Helpdesk, which you can reach by calling the Helpdesk number in your country, using Contact Us capability in your Eikon application or by visiting MyRefinitiv.     Update from Refinitiv Support:

    The history for LCOc1-LCOc3 has been backfilled and the problem is no longer reproduced.
