Are the Total Shares Outstanding adjusted by splits?

I realized that using the adjusted price together with the total shares outstanding describes the history of market cap of the companies better than using the unadjusted price.


Hence the questions are: Using the TR.TtlCmnSharesOut I recieve data of adjusted by split total shares outstanding? If it is true, is there a way to get the consolidated Total Shares Outstanding without splits adjustment?
