hI EVERYBODY, I´m currently trying to analyze a series of instruments in funds, these are majorly of Equities, but i have this issue :

Using a particular case as an example(FLOT)

FLOT.K, I would like to know the equivalent of obtaining the YAS (Yield and spread) analysis on bloomberg, to calculate the "expected return" of this particular asset. I only can get the CF YIELD, im interested in something that helps me get the equivalent or aproximate the "expected return" as much as i can

Is there a way of getting this?

The current yield that im looking as in the YAS function is (In this particular example) : .313

So, please raise a Content query in MyRefinitiv helpdesk, which you can have direct communication with the content expert. Select 'I need help using product' and product: 'Refinitiv Eikon'.

    Then after you got the Eikon Excel formula from the helpdesk, you may convert it to Python code to use Eikon Data API, or you may drop the Excel formula here and we can help you convert it.
