limit of PermID - Record Matching - RESTful API

Hi there, I saw the limit of the permID api is 5000 daily in the API documentation: https://developers.refinitiv.com/en/api-catalog/open-perm-id/permid-record-matching-restful-api/documentation.. However, the API still works when the total daily input exceeds 5000. is the documentation out of date? what the real daily limit? please confirm, thank you so much!

    The total daily quota is 5000 requests per day per API key. This quota has been reset at 00:00 GMT.

    It could be the count was spread over 00:00 GMT that allowed to access more than 5000 requests because of the quota reset.
