Refinitiv Real-Time Legacy Protocol Converter需要访问Refinitiv互联网端点，防火墙可能会阻挡对这些目的地的访问。
- 验证目标https://api.refinitiv.com，即令牌服务器*lpc*tokenServiceURL允许使用443端口。
- 验证端口14002对于服务端点是允许的，您可以从lpc.log中获得。
- 验证DNS名称或IP地址是否在防火墙规则中被列入白名单。如果配置不正确，客户将能够访问证书，但无法连接到云端点。
- 在某些情况下，DNS地址的IP地址可能会改变。这需要为新的IP地址更新防火墙规则。

I fully agree with the answers from @yu.xie,
If you still are unable to consume data via LPC using custom RFA consumer, would suggest to test with command line client rmdstestclient, that can be found in demo folder of LPC installation with the exact same parameters that RFA consumer application is using, to help verify that
- the installation of LPC is fully configured,
- connectivity upstream can be established without issues,
- permissions for the user passed by consumer application are in place,
- and the configuration parameters are valid.
