Closed / Suspect / Not found / '**The record could not be found' for the RIC FR0000571044=TWEB

Hi Team,

I am getting record not found status message while querying on consumer 450 series.

Status Message: StatusMsg

Could someone help me to understand in what scenario this status occurs and how to resolve it?

The instrument you are requesting has expired/matured. You will need to choose an active contract if you want to retrieve realtime data.

What do you mean by choosing an active contract? Should I find relative active RIC?
