DSS - Today's Intraday Trades

Hello,
Is there a sample on how to get All Intraday Trades for an RIC for running session ( same day )?
Tried RTH TickHistoryTimeAndSalesExtractionRequest but it doesn't retrieve the same day trades, only past intraday data.
