Thank you for reaching out to us.

It could relate to this PCN: PCN205670 (Refinitiv DataScope Select & Refinitiv Tick History - TLS 1.0 & 1.1 Protocol to be Disabled in place of TLS 1.2) that was implemented on Sept 23.

Therefore, the server only supports TLS 1.2. Please refer to the "What action do you need to take?" section in the PCN.
