Looking up RIC IT522128=TT by ISIN IT0005221285 in Search/GovCorpSearch

Hi, we are making the following request:

We expected that the RIC IT522128=TT is also in this list. We have had a look at this RIC via other request and we don't understand why it is not in the response of the request above. Can you please help us?

I am not sure how exactly to redirect you as this is really a contributed content question and I am not sure if those groups monitor this forum. ISIN IT0005221285 does not have a cross-reference to the RIC in the system. This is not an API question as the DSS GUI (https://hosted.datascope.reuters.com/DataScope) does not show a cross for it either.

Contacting you account manager with this request is likely your best bet.
