No service available for http://www.reuters.webservices.com

Hi

I am trying to retrieve vessel movements via Eikon Com Api in a .net application.

I, from time to time thou, get "No service available for http://www.reuters.webservices.com/CNEFundamental_1_PhysicalAsset_1;CNEFundamental_1_PhysicalAsset_1_Request" error message. The status for operation is DEX2_DataStatus.DE_DS_FULL but the fields inside the response has the text in bold above.

What would be the reason for this? Any sensible error message?

I cannot say I've seen this before. It must be coming from the Web service providing vessel movements data. When you're able to reproduce the issue, I suggest you create an HTTP log using an HTTP analyzer tool such as Fiddler. This should give us a clue about the responses from the service you see. If you can attach the log here, we'll take a look at it.
