Futures options data in Dex2

Hi,

I'm trying to retrieve at the very least the maturity and strike price of some options with the dex2 library and all I get back is null. I tried with the following tickers and I was using the fields TR.STRIKEPRICE and TR.EXPIRYDATE. Can I not do this type of request for options?

To retrieve strike and expiry date for an option use AdfinX Real-Time library instead of DEX2, e.g. RIC: SP2500O8, field names: STRIKE_PRC and EXPIR_DATE.
