I assume what you're asking for is the timestamp of the last trade for an exchange traded instrument, right? There are several fields where you can find it and the availability of the fields depends on the exchange. The most commonly used field is probably SALTIM_MS, which provides the timestamp of the last trade in millisecond granularity.
