RFA .Net Upgrade from 7.5 to 8.1 - Guidelines/details/pointers please!

We have been using RFA 7.5 in .Net. To upgrade to RFA 8.1, what all changes have to be made in our application to use the new 8.1 DLLs, what are the impact areas? Any guidelines/details of how we can implement it?
