http://product.datastream.com is no accessible when used to fetch data from Eviews10. Do you know why and a solution? My querry ID with Refinitive case is : 08171566

Eviews10 is a third party component that uses Datastream API. The response for case 08171566 support is following:

I clarified that EViews is a third party application which uses the API data and content from the platform that we manage, DSWS. The best people to reach out to for compatibility issues, or error messages in EViews would be EViews Support themselves.

I also provided the EViews support email: support@eviews.com. I also advised the client to confirm if EViews 10 is compatible with Windows 10 with EViews directly.

As for accessing http://product.datastream.com/DSWSclient/DOCS/Default.aspx , it should be accessible via Windows 10 Operating System with any browser available in it.

According to the case: 08171566, the issue has been solved by setting up the network proxy server in order for the page to load with no issues on their end.

I believe the support team has give you updates via the case 08171566. Does the problem still persist? Did you contact EViews support yet?
