Hi guys, I can see it is a popular question but most answers are around restarting machine. I have tried 5 times today. Are there any other things I can do? Do I need to re-install Eikon? Also I have got 3 Eikon logins and only one of them is permitted for Eikon API. Do I need to clean Eikon cache?

Many thanks for your response. Note wrt Eikon version. The issue actually resolved this morning for me without the steps you mentioned above. Very useful though for future reference to understand where the issue might be should it occur again! Hopefully it wont ;)Hi,
OK, understood, you have a version that isn't yet released (4.0.53 should be available soon in pre-released for external users).
An issue was detected in Eikon 4.0.53 that disables the connection for python API.
A fix is ready but can't be released immediatly.
