How do we add app-specific controls in the title bar?

The App Framework Eikon Design Standards document mentions the ability to add up to 2 app-specific controls in the Title Bar (see p.5-6 of this doc: http://eikondeveloper.thomsonreuters.com/wp-content/uploads/2014/10/App-Framework-Design-Standards-V4.pdf). But I can't find any documentation on how to actually do this in the App Studio - Web SDK. Is there an example or some code that can be used as a reference?

@cherndon this functionality is not available for App Studio Web SDK.
