OPEN Price for MSCI index

Hi,

We see OPEN price for MSCI index, for example .MIAM00000PUS, before market is open via RFA API. We want to know, how we can distinguish that the open price is received is before the market has opened for the trading or after?

Also, why in first place, OPEN price is being delivered when market is not yet opened.

See the market open price before market is opened is causing issue with our trading.

This index includes US and non-US stocks, and its calculation times are bound by the US stock market hours.
