Is there a CPP interface for the eikon get_data and get_timeseries APIs? Thanks.

No, there isn't.

Anyway, the ease of use libraries in Python is available, you may check the quick start guide for more detail. (The library in R is also available, but it's the community version, not the Refinitiv official product)
