Eikon API Service Status

Is there a way to use the .net API to confirm the status of the Eikon Service?
iI am doing it now by requesting data for a specific ric, and detecting if there is an exception and if there is an exception check the code to check what it is.

But to confirm the service status i am doing this request on a timed basis, but it is consuming my daily limit also.

Hi @pierre.faurel, Is there a ping functionality or any other function to check Eikon's status?

I found this thread from 2 years ago that mentioned that this is not available. however, I'd like to check if there's any update

Thanks
