Codebook Python Kernel 3.0 not connecting

since about Wednesday last week, my refinitiv-hosted Python environment (Codebook) does not connect to the Python Kernel 3.0 anymore. I have tried connecting to the legacy kernel instead, which also does not work. I also raised a couple of tickets, but so far to no avail. Can anyone give me any recommendation please?

Hi All

update: I got the error due to an IP issue (I am currently in Switzerland and not the UK). So when connecting to Refinitiv, select the location you are at (as opposed to what is stated in the instructions) or use a VPN to avoid this issue going forward.
