I am getting this error, the python notebook is not opening Spawn failed: Server at http://10.67.0.2:8888/codebook/user/sl1-bxk3fcy/ didn't respond in 30 seconds.. Can someone please sovle this?

According to the question, I assume that you are unable to launch the Codebook application.

If yes, please contact the Eikon or Workspace support team directly via MyRefinitiv to verify and solve the problem.
